To make the most of all the aromatic range of your cheese, make sure to take them out of the refrigerator at least one hour before the start of the meal: room temperature will give them the corp and creaminess.
For even more fun, and tastes as delicious qu'étonnantes, feel free to make your cheese plates of condiments: dried fruit (raisins, nuts, fines ...) are safe bets. Fresh fruits are also a pure delight: Apple (for flowery crust), pear (for blue cheeses), but also nuts and fresh almonds (for cooked pasta) and not forgetting of course the fresh figs (including for goats) .... We must not forget the chutney and jams that are pure wonders (the black cherry jam with tommes eg sheep).
Finally, one can not mention the cheese without bread! Feel free to enjoy all the variety of breads: baguette, country bread, wholemeal bread, sandwich bread ... For even more originality and subtlety, go for flavored breads: olives, nuts, raisins, sesame ....
